The ALARMISM is even more ramped up now! OMG we are all going to DIE!

A climate change diplomat (I didn't know we had any of those) has written a piece that John "I Am A Viet Nam Vet" Kerry should go to the first meeting of the Climate Change group on Nov 15th and tell them we are in and we are staying.  When are these people going to realize their run on the government Gravy Train is OVER?  True energy independence will not be achieved with costly wind and solar, providing few jobs and no long term quality power.  Read the article below and prepare to be afraid . . . . Very Afraid.

Ah yes, Willy #3. The government: the great enabler to the power addicted and the dysfunctional remnants of the great society.

So if I get this right, the world is going to come to an end by 2020 at the latest, but a rich family like the Trumps won't be affected because how? Somehow the end of the world leaves rich people untouched? A rocket ship to the moon? A special heaven for the rich? Is this author's reasoning a wee bit bizarre or what?

By the way, how come people with the most money are the most susceptible to influence by money and the people with the least money are the least susceptible? Easier to bribe a millionaire than a lowly peon? (Oops, my apologies if that's not PC)

The great awakening is happening - seen by the election results but also the rise of Bernie Sanders:
1. I've woken up to the fact that the transnational corporations have allegiance to no country including the U.S. and its citizens
2. I've woken up to the fact that these corporations are loyal to only one thing - themselves, and will stop at nothing to help themselves
3. I've woken up to the fact that these corporations, through mergers, have continuously concentrated their power and done so to a point that they regard themselves as the entities that run the world and that the government is simply there to enable this
4. I've woken up to the fact that in the pursuit of their enrichment, these corporations have totally abused the H1B visa program to import foreign labor, often tech workers, to work at less than half the cost of American labor; that they ignore the law that H1B workers cannot displace American workers
5. I've woken up to the fact that these corporations move their factories, but also other types of workers to foreign lands where labor is cheapest, American workers be damned
6. I've woken up to the fact that these corporations have pushed for open borders and illegal immigration not only to hire undocumented aliens at dirt cheap prices but also to suppress labor rates for American workers
7. I've woken up to the fact that these strategies by these corporations have grown the percentage of poor people, shrunken the middle class dramatically and wildly enriched the corporations and the world's wealthy who own these corporations through stocks and bonds creating extraordinary levels of income inequality
8. I've woken up to the fact that both Democrats and Republicans have allowed this to happen and are all too happy to let their respective party memberships war with each other as the corporations get wealthier and wealthier and income inequality grows
9. I've woken up to the fact that the vast number of elected representatives in Washington, DC are "owned" by these corporations; while different representatives are owned by different corporations, because they scratch each others' backs, the net effect is the corporations control what becomes law
10. I've woken up to the fact that campaign contributions to candidates for office is but the tip of the iceberg and that other devices operate out of the public view that cause people to enter congress of modest means and exit wildly rich; and if not overtly wildly rich themselves their relatives become wildly rich; that insider trading is already a known mechanism by which they enrich themselves and that this needs to be thoroughly investigated, prevented and prosecuted

I wonder how fast those electric hybrid Jets will fly to these events?

Take all that fossil fuel away and I ask, how do they make the next generation of these Green Machines. Green is only Sustainable energy, not excess energy like fossil fuel. If they build a Glut of these things without needing them, are they not contributing to further environmental damages. There are many other gasses and contributing factors to their theory of global warming with the largest being the lack of conservation of usages.

Yup,these are the moonbats of the leftist press. The entire panoply of the lefty media is doing the echo-chamber thing now--ramp up the "fear" issue,"we are in danger..." of any of the many smears they constantly use against conservatives,"racists" "Islamophobes" "Homophobes"...yadda yadda.

That is what they are doing now, yell louder, try to get their useful idiots to riot in the streets so they can cover it as if it is "mainstream America" speaking truth-to-power. Hardly.

What was mainstream America just spoke up in this election, like it or not,and they are angry and tired of the BS coming from these people. Of course we ought to expect that the elites of the Obama administration will try to sabotage any potential efforts of the incoming Trump administration. They will plant bureaucratic land mines everywhere,it will take years to root these out,and the courts will be clogged with the legal debris they'll use to delay any reversal of their progressive agenda.

MoveOn.org seems to be behind many of the "demonstrations" on the west coast and east coast, and no doubt the green groups allied with them are going to be heavily involved as this HuffPo piece suggest. Fine, they can keep this up for years, rioting was coddled under the Obama administration.Remember Baltimore's mayor? "They need space to destroy things.."

No,I do not think the American public that just voted against Hillary Clinton and her progressive cronies is going to now say,"Gee...they're so upset, look at the sings they're carrying...they must really be worried about all of us...we ought to accept their opinions as the truth,we were wrong."

I think the rioters/demonstrations will just highlight really who these people are--and as if we did not know by now,how they want to destroy the country. They are really upset they got stopped when they were assured they'd always be in power.

Maine Center For Public Interest Reporting – Three Part Series: A CRITICAL LOOK AT MAINE’S WIND ACT

******** IF LINKS BELOW DON'T WORK, GOOGLE THEM*********

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
