Technology Stocks to Track:

Sunedison Inc(NYSE:SUNE) and TerraForm Global, Inc. (GLBL), a globally diversified owner and operator of clean energy projects, on 24 November announced that they have entered into an agreement for SunEdison to sell TerraForm Global a series of projects located in India for the aggregate equity consideration of $231M subject to purchase price adjustments in favor of both SunEdison and TerraForm Global.  These projects will replace a portion of the projects and the associated CAFD that were part of TerraForm Global’s initial portfolio, which have subsequently been terminated acquisitions.

The USA based company as of latest close, Sunedison Inc(NYSE:SUNE) shares recently topped out a 52-week high of $33.45. The company has total of 316.72 million outstanding shares and 315.33 billion floating shares. The company’s percentage change mounted 3.72% to close at $3.35 with the total traded volume of 30.26 million shares less than average volume of 53.51 million.
