Question: Does PUC stand for Plantation Utilities Commission?
Should thirst for "green" electricity in Boston be a consideration for Chairman Welch? Is considering what Connecticut "green" ideologues want even permissible in the execution of the PUC's responsibilities? And keep in mind, it is not the average resident in southern New England who wants so called renewable energy. It is the laws that have been passed by and for the wind industry in those states.
