Indicted Wind Turbine Advocate Former Sen Brian Joyce Found Dead

Massachusetts: Brian A. Joyce formed a company, Windswept LLC, in 2011 he was arrested on 113 -count indictment that includes the RICO Act.

Indicted Wind Turbine Advocate Former Sen Brian Joyce Dead Former state Senator Brian Joyce was due to go on trial on federal corruption charges, has yesterday been found dead in his home.
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree federal officials need to take a close look at the installations of commercial Vestas V-82 type 1.65 megawatt wind turbines in Falmouth, Massachusetts, and twenty-one other communities.Falmouth, Massachusetts is ground zero for poorly placed wind turbines in the USA taking health and property rights.
US Attorney William Weinreb was investigating former Senator Brian Joyce and his company WINDSWEPT LLC of Canton, Massachusetts. The investigation has included Renewable Energy Contracts. Andrew E. Lelling was sworn in as the new U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts on Dec. 21, 2017.
Last year Massachusetts Senate President Stanley Rosenberg resigned as a result of ethics complaints. The Massachusetts Fiscal Alliance had in the past asked Senate President Stanley Rosenberg to initiate the expulsion of Canton Senator Brian Joyce. Former Senate President Stan Rosenberg had been a staunch supporter of Joyce.
Next shoe to fall is former Massachusetts state senator and assistant majority leader Brian A. Joyce.
The entire indictment is 102 pages long WINDSWEPT LLC is a Domestic Limited Liability Company that was formed in 2011 and is listed for brokerage services and other such activities as permitted by law.U.S. Attorney William Weinreb said individuals and or companies could be implicated at a later date. That should include all renewable energy contracts in Massachusetts.
Falmouth, Massachusetts has a foreign made wind turbine funded with American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds meant for domestic use. The renewable energy scheme goes back to 2010.
Falmouth, Massachusetts installed its wind turbines beginning in 2010.
According to sources, Joyce told individuals to make tens of thousands in contributions to the state Democratic party. Massachusetts has a commercial wind turbine agenda of 2000 megawatts of land based wind turbines by the year 2020.
Massachusetts officials have in the past admitted you have to break a few eggs to make an omelette building wind turbines. They knew the turbines were far too loud and a nuisance.
The Town of Falmouth Massachusetts hid an August 2010 noise warning letter from Vestas company that the foreign company warned the wind turbines generated a chest pounding 110 decibels of noise.
The ARRA economic stimulus package money was used by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection to broker a Project Regulatory Agreement (PRA) to obtain a low-interest rate on a loan to build the second Falmouth Wind II turbine. The Project Regulatory Agreement is a power production agreement that ignores the health and safety of up to 200 residential homeowners around the wind turbines.
The State of Massachusetts had an agenda to place 2000 megawatts of wind turbine power taking health and property rights and now we find our politicians took taxpayer dollars and enriched themselves with renewable energy funds.
Brian A. Joyce. Joyce formed the company, Windswept LLC, 113 -count indictment:
It is fitting that the Town-owned wind turbines were shut off and stopped by the court in Falmouth, and that a RICO/Hobbs investigation has begun against Windswept, LLC.
When the corruption is finally eradicated, the people will begin to breathe clean air again, and some of them not be sacrificed on the altar of Green Energy.
We tend to think of Massachusetts as a pretty corrupt place because the only ones that investigate are the federal authorities.
U.S. Attorney Andrew E. Lelling needs to look into the financing of the Falmouth Wind II turbine, emails, maps, memos and associated federal EPA waivers involved in with American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) is an economic stimulus package enacted to put Americans to work.
The Town of Falmouth misled federal officials in a federal waiver to buy the foreign made Vestas wind turbines. The town stated they were going to permit Falmouth Wind II with Special Permit 240-166.
They also failed to disclose General Electric a domestic wind turbine company refused to build a commercial wind turbine because of setbacks to property lines and ice throw to a nearby highway.

Be very careful what Massachusetts politicians propose in Maine. They propose their projects because of health issues over commercial wind turbines in Massachusetts communities. Falmouth Massachusetts is ground zero for poorly placed wind turbines taking health in the USA

Former Massachusetts State Sen. Brian Joyce, a Democrat was facing criminal charges that he used his public office to run a criminal enterprise. The Democratic-controlled legislature on Beacon Hill is corrupt. He was next in line to become President of the Massachusetts Senate. Former Senate President Stan Rosenberg had been a staunch supporter in JoyceStanley C. Rosenberg, resigned in the wake of a damning ethics report about his conduct and judgment.

The last three Speakers of the House of Representatives in Massachusetts, Salvatore DiMasi, Thomas Finneran and Charles Flaherty, have all been convicted of felonies. Sal DiMasi signed the Green Communities Act and severed eight years in federal prison

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
