Climate Hustle Movie in Brunswick on May 2

We all know the Global Warming alarmists are driving wind power down our throats!  If this were a movie by uber-Liberal liar Michael Moore, there would be lots of hype. You can be sure no media hype will accompany this movie.  But anyone who wants to get the other side of the story about Global Warming may want to attend this showing in Brunswick at the Brunswick 10 Cinema at Cook's Corner on May 2.

Here's how to order…

Towards designing the 'perfect' wind ordinance...my response to John Droz's model.

DESIGNING A WIND ORDINANCE....John Droz has a model ordinance; and I commented on it:

HI….I’ve been through the development of two wind ordinances—Lisbon Falls, and Portland Maine, and addressed a large forum of town planners on the elements of a ‘model’ ordinance, so it’s not without experience I suggest you take this one apart and break it into sections:

  • Environmental Impact:

o   Acoustical

o   Migratory insects and birds

o   Loss of…

Get ready for the Handcuffs and Perp Walk. Our Gub'ment is at it again!!!

Climate Deniers are now in the crosshairs.  A Democrat California State Senator is proposing that the RICO Statutes be used against anyone promoting climate change denial and the statute of limitations would be extended to 30 years.  That, my friends, is is another nail in the coffin of free speech brought to you by our ever expanding Progressive friends and the Gestapo tactics they use.  This is serious folks, not just for our involvement in the Wind industry, but for our right to criticize…

Dense Fuels Rule. You Cannot Defy Mother Nature, Even in Maine.

Sorry, non-Dense energy schemes will never, ever replace dense sources of electron generation to power modernity .

Physics ,Thermodynamic principles and Basic Math will always rule, even in Portland Maine .

The great  wind scam is starting to become recognized for  what it is, a subsidized "greenwashed" farce.

SunEdison's CFO is Terraform CEO....HUH?..What?

The additional twist in SunEdison’s straitened circumstances is that the chief executive of TerraForm, the firm casting doubt on SunEdison’s ability to survive, is the chief financial officer of SunEdison. On the one hand, he is uniquely qualified to pass judgment. On the other hand, he may have some explaining to do himself."

PPH - TransCanada looks to sell Maine wind farm

More of the type of reporting we have come to expect that misleads the public on wind, including the old standby wind industry propaganda line -- 'the "wind farm" generates enough power for 50,000 homes' -- when in fact this is totally untrue. By now, wouldn't you think the media would know not to keep delivering such misleading information to their audiences?

Maybe a story would be in order on the collapse of the media's longtime pet company First Wind, now SunEdison and how…

I Wonder If We Can Overcome This Giant Polluter With Wind Turbines?

A volcano in Alaska erupted this weekend causing a plume of ash and gas up to 20,000 feet in the air.  It is interesting that it has done this almost 40 times in the last two years.  The amount of ash and gas spewed has to be far more than we can save with 200 or 300 turbines here in Maine.  Ironic, HUH?…

Maine Center For Public Interest Reporting – Three Part Series: A CRITICAL LOOK AT MAINE’S WIND ACT

******** IF LINKS BELOW DON'T WORK, GOOGLE THEM*********

(excerpts) From Part 1 – On Maine’s Wind Law “Once the committee passed the wind energy bill on to the full House and Senate, lawmakers there didn’t even debate it. They passed it unanimously and with no discussion. House Majority Leader Hannah Pingree, a Democrat from North Haven, says legislators probably didn’t know how many turbines would be constructed in Maine if the law’s goals were met." . – Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting, August 2010 https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-power-bandwagon-hits-bumps-in-the-road-3/From Part 2 – On Wind and Oil Yet using wind energy doesn’t lower dependence on imported foreign oil. That’s because the majority of imported oil in Maine is used for heating and transportation. And switching our dependence from foreign oil to Maine-produced electricity isn’t likely to happen very soon, says Bartlett. “Right now, people can’t switch to electric cars and heating – if they did, we’d be in trouble.” So was one of the fundamental premises of the task force false, or at least misleading?" https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/wind-swept-task-force-set-the-rules/From Part 3 – On Wind-Required New Transmission Lines Finally, the building of enormous, high-voltage transmission lines that the regional electricity system operator says are required to move substantial amounts of wind power to markets south of Maine was never even discussed by the task force – an omission that Mills said will come to haunt the state.“If you try to put 2,500 or 3,000 megawatts in northern or eastern Maine – oh, my god, try to build the transmission!” said Mills. “It’s not just the towers, it’s the lines – that’s when I begin to think that the goal is a little farfetched.” https://www.pinetreewatchdog.org/flaws-in-bill-like-skating-with-dull-skates/
