Costa Rico went 100 days on hydro power and geo thermal. And ME doesn't even allow hydro to be called renewable. It would be interesting to know how many other states in New England do call it renewable. New England's wind power boondoggle is not a plan. Micro to Macro. When a tiny community, Burlington can receive a fire dept. and nursing home by holding out. ...and the communities around Stetson I and II have nothing due to the fact that LURC negotiated and they were in FW's pocket.
