Rehab facilities that take in wounded raptors from wind projects have been silenced like many others, with dirty money. 

A deal with the green cartel is a deal with the devil. First they rig all the impact research, then they handcuff anyone they do business with. I would imagine all this would also extend to conservation groups for taking this dirty money. 

But what is so outrageous is this........... After signing, when a person tells "the whole truth and nothing but the truth",  if it happens to make these fraudsters look bad, you will be prosecuted. The very essence of such an arrangement is why there isn't a person on earth that should believe a single word from this industry.
